Setup fee
Covers your enrolment into the Duke of Edinburgh Award system, your participant account, and your initial program setup. Paid once at sign-up.
Expedition cost
Covers all logistics, food, equipment hire, transport, and guide support for your adventurous journey. Each expedition has its own price, paid separately once you're enrolled and choose your dates.
Monthly fee
Covers ongoing mentor access, group sessions, progress tracking, and admin support for the duration of your Award.
Common questions
When do I pay?
The setup fee and expedition cost are paid upfront when you enrol. The monthly admin fee begins on enrolment and continues until your Award is complete.
What if I don't complete the Award?
The monthly fee stops as soon as you notify us. The upfront and expedition fees are non-refundable once your expedition has been booked.
Can I upgrade from Bronze to Silver or Gold?
Yes. Participants who complete Bronze can enrol in Silver at any time. Your mentor will help you plan the pathway.
Are there any other costs?
No hidden fees. You may choose to buy personal gear for expeditions, but we provide all required equipment as part of the expedition cost.
